*Gays and close-minded people*

Here in Spain gay marriage is politically accepted, but people still don't accept it. I don't understand why people just accept the normal things: a family (woman and man) with their children, white people, thin people...

In my opinion, that's stupid! There are many tolerant people, but "close-minders" are the winners in this world. The problem is that laws accept different cultures, different sexs (men and women), different people from different countries, etc... But who allows different sexual orientation? Why is it a taboo subject? I'm sure that while people will be reading my post, some of them will say: they shouldn't allow them. But you, the rest of the people, the clever group, will think: everyone is OK, and anyone is less than the next one.

Why do people care about who do other people love? I don't know. And why do a tiranic govertment like Iranian one, kill homosexuals? I know it's impossible, but Almadinejah (Iran's president) should sit down and hear how gays think. He should allow them to express theirself and choose how to live their lifes.

I can remember a sentence he said while he was in USA for a visit. Some students from an American university (not very tolerant) said to him: Do you accept gays in Iran? And this devil... sorry, president said them: Gays? We don't have that in my country! ... I think: Of course you don't! You kill them before!!

World won't never change, but people should be other way and let everyone live as they prefer to do.

Many Spaniards are shy of their Arabic origins and I ask: WHY?
Arabs invaded us in 712 and back home in 1492. We can't delete 800 years of our history.

I'm one of those Spaniards who is proud of his Muslim heritage. I prefer to be influenced by a millenarian culture (like Arabs or Romans) than to become an EU's member. What did Arabs for us? They gave us numbers, music, a "happy" culture and lots of words. What did EU for us? They put euro and now everything is so expensive!

Spaniards are dark hair (98% of us), and Europeans aren't. We are genetically more Arabs than Europeans. We have more common aspects with Moroccans than with our northern neighbours. Then... why should we take part of Europe?
